My experience at the event:

After another month without running race thanks to my injured hamstring, it was time to get back in action, in order to get ready for the triathlon at the end of October.

The race that Jill found was the Andrew Grayling in Brooklyn, Pretoria. The race course was easy, with only one steep hill, and very relaxing, starting from a mall, developing in the suburbs, and ending at the same mall with a long 2km stretch.

I decided to run at a decent pace, but without pushing it. The end result was ok, just under the 50 minutes mark on a very easy track.
