After completing a triathlon last week in a painful way (I injured my calf muscle during the second transition), I was advised to maybe rest a little before playing again. Unfortunately I'm not the kind of guy who listens to anyone if there is a game to play. I faced my 90 minutes playing a little less ferocious than I normally do, picking up my runs and trying to stretch the injured muscle as much as possible.
Luckily, the whole team put up a great performance and we won 4-1. I managed to score 1 goal and provide an assist for another, so even on one leg I can make some sort of difference!
