My experience at the event:

I needed to put some km in my legs after a long pause from road running, and the Wits road race, on a course similar to the classic January's Kudos race (just shorter) was ideal. The hills, especially at the start, were hard, but I managed to keep a good rhythm without pushing too much. Sure, my time was still above 50 minutes, but at the moment my goal is to get distance going, and then improving the speed...
