My experience at the event:

Unfortuntely my hip injury does seem to flare up anytime I make a lateral movement. While running, swimming and cycling seem fine, football is becomign a painful effort in pretending to be ok on the field.

Luckily even with my reduced effort the team is strong enough to do well without my contribution, and the 4-0 away win just proves that. I even managed somehow to score a goal (with a tap-in) which was a bonus. Attached, the info from the usual Zepp chip
