My experience at the event:
Back on the bicycle for a seeding event for the main focus on November: the Momentum 94.7.Together with Curtis (looking for a decent qualifying time) we managed to push the first 15km, until his stamina (I think it was his first race this year!) make him slow down a little on the hills. We pushed and I left him behind only in the last 10km. Overall the time was decent, not as good as last year, but it was a new course.
So in the space of three weeks I managed to do a family triathlon: mountain biking with Lindsey, running with Andy and now cycling with Curtis!
