My experience at the event:

Finally, a win!

It took a while, but we’re finally starting to gel as a team, and today we played really well. I set up the first goal with an assist, although I also wasted two good chances to score — not my finest moment.

My Achilles flared up again in the second half, so now I’m sitting here with ice on it.

But we won — and that’s all that matters!
